Billing Policy

We take pride in our commitment to providing quality care to all our patients

This does however come at a significant cost, which is unfortunately not matched by the current Medicare Rebate (“Bulk-Billing”)

Therefore, private consultation fees are charged with the Medicare Easy Claim rebate being credited directly back into your account within minutes.

Payment can be made easily with EFTPOS or Credit Card.

However we will continue to bulk bill all immunisation appointments during regular business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

Please note that fees may apply for appointment cancellations (within 1 hour of appointment) and no shows.

All services performed in our Treatment Rooms will attract a private fee to help cover the cost of equipment, consumables, facilities, and nursing assistance.
