BSc, Grad Dip, MBBS, FRACGP

I was born and raised in Western Australia and completed my medical degree at the University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2009. Before becoming a GP, I worked as a radiographer and sonographer, which gave me a strong foundation in diagnostic medicine and a keen eye for detail. I’ve been practising as a GP since 2014, and I value building long-term relationships with patients based on trust, respect, and clear communication.

While I enjoy all aspects of general practice, I have particular expertise in minor surgical procedures, including skin cancer excisions, cyst and lump removal, ingrown toenail repair, and contraception insertions. I also perform ultrasound-guided procedures such as joint and bursa injections, which allow for greater precision and comfort. Beyond procedural work, I have a strong interest in men’s health and
paediatrics, supporting patients through all stages of life.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my children and our Maine Coon cat, keeping active, and playing golf. I bring the same focus and balance I value in my personal life to the care I provide every day.

Liran (Lily) Maty

Dietitian

Senior Accredited Practising Dietitian

I’m Lilly, a Senior Accredited Practising Dietitian with more than 20 years of experience helping women feel their best. At GPs on the Terrace in Perth CBD, I work closely with specialist GPs to provide tailored, evidence-based nutrition support through every stage of menopause—whether that’s the preparation stage (30s–40s), peri-menopause (40s–50s), or post-menopause (55 and beyond).

I know this life stage can bring unique challenges, from hot flushes, sleep difficulties and weight changes, to brain fog, bloating, emotional shifts and fatigue. No two women experience menopause in the same way, which is why my approach is highly individualised, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I take the time to listen, understand your experience, and develop a practical plan that supports your health and lifestyle.

For me, menopause is not a disease but a natural transition. With the right strategies, we can ease symptoms, improve daily wellbeing, and lower long-term health risks such as osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, and dementia. By combining nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, behaviour change tools and ongoing emotional support, I aim to help women navigate this transition with confidence and thrive in the years ahead.

MD, FRACGP | BMedRad (DiagRad)
BSc Weight Loss & Metabolism Management

I know first-hand how complex weight and metabolic health can be. This isn’t about willpower or quick fixes—metabolic health is often chronic, layered, and made harder by stigma. My role is to replace confusion with clarity, fads with science, and shame with care. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for your real life.

I work in partnership with you—your goals set the direction, and I help personalise the pace, tools, and support. I use evidence-based approaches and provide clear, practical explanations without hype. Mental health, stress, sleep and focus are always part of the conversation, because change only sticks when it’s sustainable.

My services include comprehensive metabolic assessments, co-designed nutrition and activity plans, support for conditions such as PCOS, thyroid concerns and fatty liver risk, and safe use of evidence-based medications where appropriate. I also provide ongoing reviews and adjustments, so you feel supported at every step.

With me, you can expect respectful, science-driven care, tailored to your needs—helping you improve energy, health and wellbeing well beyond the number on the scales.
